Sean graduated from the University of North Texas where he studied Entrepreneurship and Business Management. Since 2010, Sean has been building his technical knowledge of the oil and gas mineral and royalty industry. Having experience on both the acquisitions and capital funding arms for several privately held energy firms, Sean has become a great resource to accredited investors across the country looking to access institutional grade royalty assets without the institutional minimums.
Mr. Caldwell has successfully offered and funded over one billion in royalty property over the last decade. Sean brings a strong understanding of 1031 exchange eligible structures and strategies to the Montego Mineral programs. He has worked with more than 20,000 financial advisors over the years looking to diversify client assets away from traditional brick and mortar real estate and into minerals through both cash and 1031 proceeds. In his spare time, Sean enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and ice hockey.

With over a decade of dedicated experience, she has cultivated her expertise in communication and enhancing client engagement through roles at prestigious marketing firms.
Currently serving as the Executive Director of Investor Relations at Montego, Brittany plays a pivotal role in shaping the narrative of the organization. Her focus extends to diligent investor communication and education, strategic brand management, and the formulation of robust marketing strategies. PRESTON ELLISON - Vice President of Capital Markets
Preston is a graduate from Southern Methodist University and joined Montego Minerals in 2022. Since then, Preston has been expanding his technical knowledge of the oil and gas mineral and royalty industry. Having experience on both the acquisitions and capital teams at Montego. Preston has become a great resource on all facets of the energy sector. Mr. Ellison has successfully offered and funded over $200MM in royalty property over the last three years. Preston brings a strong understanding of 1031 exchange eligible offerings and how mineral rights qualify as like-kind. He has worked with more than 5,000 financial advisors over the years looking to diversify client assets away from traditional brick and mortar real estate and into minerals through both cash and 1031 proceeds.
Stan Smrke - Vice President of Capital Markets
Stan graduated from the University of Oklahoma where he studied Finance. Since 2017, Stan has been working with a number of investment firms to raise capital across many different asset classes. To date, Stan has launched and funded over half a billion dollars.
Currently servicing as the Vice President of Capital Markets at Montego, Stan plays a significant role maintaining and growing distribution of Montego's offerings through the Broker Dealer and RIA channels. In his spare time, Stan enjoys spending time with his family, two dogs, and playing golf.
