GREGG FRASURE - Vice President of Acquisitions
Gregg embarked on his journey in the oil and gas sector back in 2005, initially serving as a field engineer in the Barnett Shale. With nearly two decades of involvement in the industry, Gregg has amassed extensive expertise spanning completion operations, conveyance technologies, wireline logging and perforating, as well as multistage completion systems. In 2016, Gregg established Frasure Oil & Gas, LLC, with a primary focus on acquiring mineral and royalty interests, particularly in the East Texas basin. Since 2016, Gregg has collaborated with Montego, initially as a consultant, eventually transitioning to a full-time role within the company in 2022. Presently, he assumes the role of Vice President of Acquisitions, overseeing Montego's Land Department. Gregg is an alumnus of Texas Tech University and has contributed to the industry through the publication of multiple white papers for organizations such as SPE (Society of Petroleum Engineers) and the Hydraulic Fracturing Journal. Outside of his professional endeavors, Gregg resides in Dripping Springs, Texas, alongside his wife Jennifer and their four sons.

CHRISTI GIROIR - Royalty Manager
Christi is a native of Beaumont Texas, Christi moved to Midland in 2012 with extensive financial experience in the oil and gas industry through working at Exxon Mobil and several oil refineries. She came to Montego Minerals from Baker Hughes as a Financial Analyst and worked in the Accounting Department. In 2016, she moved to the land department and has been Royalty Manager at Montego since 2018. During her time with Montego, she earned her Division Order Management and Land Management certificates from Midland College. Her passions include Church, her family, charities and health.

Kathy Hicks - Division Order Analyst
Kathy is a native of Carlsbad, New Mexico and has called Midland home since 1992. Kathy is no stranger to the oil and gas industry. Before joining Montego Minerals, Kathy served as a Division Order Analyst and JIB clerk at Concho Resources. Kathy prides herself at paying close attention to details and thrives on providing outstanding customer service. Her positive attitude, boundless energy, and strong work ethic are all attributes that have made her successful in her field. In her spare time Kathy likes to scrapbook, travel, and spend time with her family and friends.

Mindy Warren - Senior Division Order Analyst
Mindy is a Certified Professional Landman, Certified Professional Land and Title Analyst, and Certified Division Order Analyst with 35 years of in-house and independent experience in title research and Land Administration. She is continuously engaged in pursuing excellence through education in her field and holds a BBA and MBA from Angelo State University. She actively participates in local and national associations that support her industry and has held many board positions, including President of the Permian Basin Association of Division Order Analysts and Vice-President of the Permian Association of Land and Title Analysts. She has also been an instructor for CDOA Reviews and guest panel speaker for PBADOA seminars. Mindy is proud to call the Permian Basin home; and loves most of all spending quality time, traveling, and concert going with her son.
